I’m a parent, can I bring my child to the studio?

Of course, we want Body Contour and Restore to be accessible to everyone and you are welcome to bring your child to your appointment.

How long does one Total Xen Treatment take?

One treatment takes 15 minutes, but you’ll need to allow 45 minutes at the studio.

How many sessions will I need?

This will be determined during your consultation, as everyone has different goals and different experiences. As an ongoing health treatment, we find that weekly use is the best way to get all the benefits.

What do I wear?

The more exposed skin the better, so you’ll strip down to your underwear. Please avoid wearing black underwear.

Are there any side effects, downtime or a recovery period?

There is no downtime for recovery after Total Xen and the treatment is pain-free. It’s actually very relaxing and meditative – like sunbaking on a secluded island.

What results can I expect?

Not only do you feel soothed and restored, but you will also have less soreness and faster recovery after exercise.
