Meet Mel and Kori
Mel
‍
Mel is the owner and operator of Body Contour & Restore, established in 2022. As a mum of three, Mel understands firsthand how challenging it can be to regain strength and confidence after childbirth

After her last birth, Mel was left feeling very weak. She struggled to push a pram, couldn't sleep, and woke up fatigued and in pain. Despite weekly physio and exercise, she didn't see any improvements. Pilates left her hurting, doctors kept telling her all she could do was wait, and the pain relief they offered gave her terrible side effects.

Realizing her body was in pain because she was so weak and had been using the wrong muscles to support herself throughout her pregnancy, Mel knew she needed to get stronger again. Through her research into alternative pain relief and body strengthening tools, Mel discovered red light therapy and Emsculpt®.

Now, she is dedicated to helping others on their journey to strength and confidence.

Kori
‍
Kori is a skin nerd/therapist, twin, aunty, naturopath student, dog lover, flower enthusiast, and coffee and herbal tea addict. Her journey in the world of dermal therapies ignited her passion for all things skin and health. Through her own skin concerns and experience in a clinical environment, Kori has encountered various inflamed skin conditions like acne, psoriasis, and eczema, driving her to delve into clean beauty and holistic health.

Kori believes in looking at the skin with a holistic lens. Her favourite treatments include microneedling and LED therapy, where she blends science, nature, and the latest technology to deliver outstanding results. Kori's mission is to help, educate, and support people in achieving their skin health goals. She looks forward to meeting you and starting this journey together.
