Emsella® FAQs
Emsella® uses high-intensity electromagnetic energy at a high frequency to stimulate supramaximal (or full strength) pelvic floor contractions. These intense contractions rehabilitate and strengthen weak pelvic muscles – so you can regain control without any discomfort.
These muscle contractions are similar to Kegels but are much faster (the equivalent of 11,000 Kegels in 28 minutes) and more effective –stimulating 90% of your pelvic floor, when good Kegels only target 40%. Unlike Kegels, you don’t need pelvic sensation to use Emsella® and you don’t need to worry that you’re doing it wrong. Just sit back in the chair and relax!
Our bodies work hard to carry and birth our babies, and this can leave us with pelvic floor weakness. Emsella® can help fast-track your recovery – with results in just a few months postpartum – like stronger muscles, tighter vaginal walls and reduced incontinence. One treatment takes 28 minutes. Most patients receive up to six treatments over a period of up to four weeks. Treatment plans are customised to each person, and will be tailored in your initial consultation.

You might feel a slight pulling sensation, which some people might find uncomfortable, but you shouldn’t experience any pain.

There is no downtime for recovery after the Emsella® chair, and the treatment is virtually pain-free.
A difference in the affected area can be felt immediately after the first treatment, but the best results with Emsella® can be seen six to eight weeks after the last session. Results continue to be seen over the next six months.

Approval from these authorities mean that a treatment has been assessed and found to be effective for the issues it is designed and claims to help.

We require a $50 deposit on booking, which is put towards your treatment cost. No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will forfeit this $50 deposit as a cancellation fee.
Emsculpt® FAQs
These muscle contractions are much faster (the equivalent of 20,000 contractions in 30 minutes) and more effective (stimulating 100% of your muscle group, when workouts only target half) than what we can achieve at the gym. And unlike intense exercise, you don’t need strength to start.
Emsculpt® has been proven to reduce diastasis recti (that’s the ab muscle separation that can happen after pregnancy) and increase general core strength. Diastasis recti can cause lower back pain, constipation, prolapse and hernias so treatment is important. You are welcome to bring your children.
As well as improving muscle tone in specific areas, you might find that Emsculpt® makes workouts easier and longer, so you can say goodbye to workout plateaus and reach another level of fitness.
One treatment takes 30 minutes. In this time, you’ll experience 20,000 muscle contractions - it's a workout, but like nothing you’ve ever experienced!

This is a completely non-invasive treatment and requires no recovery time. Some patients experience mild soreness, but nothing as intense as what you would feel from a traditional workout!
Unlike other body sculpting treatments that can take months to take effect, you’ll feel a difference with Emsculpt® within a week. These will be small changes, like posture improvements or decreased fatigue during exercise. Most patients are noticing visible results after the third or fourth treatment and maintain results with a maintenance plan.

You can expect to keep your results for 6-12 months, but it’s recommended that you keep these results up with healthy lifestyle of diet and exercise. TotalXEN® FAQs
TotalXEN® uses Red light therapy to energise and rejuvenate our cells – effectively offsetting the ageing process. These red and near-infrared lights pass deeply into the skin, stimulating naturally-occurring regeneration, recovery and restoration – so you can feel and look more healthy inside and out.
One treatment takes 15 minutes, but you’ll need to allow 45 minutes at the studio.
