Who We Are
Meet Mel
Mel is the owner and founder of Body Contour & Restore, established in 2022. As a mum of three, Mel understands firsthand how challenging it can be to regain strength and confidence after childbirth
After her last birth, Mel was left feeling very weak. She struggled to push a pram, couldn’t sleep, and woke up fatigued and in pain. Despite weekly physio and exercise, she didn’t see any improvements. Pilates left her hurting, doctors kept telling her all she could do was wait, and the pain relief they offered gave her terrible side effects.
Realising her body was in pain because she was so weak and had been using the wrong muscles to support herself throughout her pregnancy, Mel knew she needed to get stronger again. Through her research into alternative pain relief and body strengthening tools, Mel discovered red light therapy and Emsculpt®.
“I knew I wanted others to experience the benefits of these treatments, but they weren’t available outside of the big cities. So – I brought them here! I took the leap, got the extensive training required to treat people, and now offer access to these state-of-the-art, world first treatments to people on the Coffs Coast.
My personal experience left me wholeheartedly believing in what these treatments offer – and every day this is proven again and again when I see how it is changing my clients lives. I hope they can do the same for you.”
Now, she is dedicated to helping others on their journey to strength and confidence.
